I know that participating in a Sport event is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter in Sport event unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of Angkor Tri Academy officials relative to my ability to safely complete the event. I assume all risks associated with participating in this sporting-event including, but not limited to, sink, falls, contact with other participants, animals, the effects of weather, all risks being known and appreciated by me.

Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of accepting my entry, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf waive and release Angkor Tri Academy, their employees, event officials, volunteers, and all event sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participating even though said liability may arise out of my negligence or carelessness. I grant permission for all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
