Our "COACHING" service has been thoughtfully put together to make sure that wherever you are in your sport journey , you can still improve your level of confidence in one of the three disciplines to either lose some weight, reach a specific goal or even beyond, to participate to a race event

COACHING PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy in training is always to have empathy and put ourself in your place, we like to operate an athlete-centered form of coaching based on the following values

  • Prioritize your integrity to include recovery cycles, avoid over training and prevent injuries
  • Create a structured environnement that challenges and encourages you to learn and develop in good and bad times

THE FOUNDATION PURPOSE

Consistency
To understand you ,as an athlete, this means capturing your expectations, priorities for family, work and experiences. It also means to define realisitic programs to constantly invest and go further .
Balance
Triathlon is a sport in itself, we will balance your strengths and weaknesses so that you become an athlete who trains and races holistically
Endurance
Your training program will reflect ultimately that triathlon is ultimately a test of endurance. I subscribe to a simple maxim, if you can sustain, you will succeed
Adaptibility
Settings goals of the journey.we will have to adjust as needed so i will develop and intuitive and flexible plan to adapt to your body. your life and prevent injury.
Recovery
Successful training program need to incorporate a spectrum of intensities from maximum power to rest and recovery. It’s the valley that makes the peak possible so both will be essential
