To understand you ,as an athlete, this means capturing your expectations, priorities for family, work and experiences. It also means to define realisitic programs to constantly invest and go further .

Triathlon is a sport in itself, we will balance your strengths and weaknesses so that you become an athlete who trains and races holistically
Endurance
Your training program will reflect ultimately that triathlon is ultimately a test of endurance. I subscribe to a simple maxim, if you can sustain, you will succeed
Adaptibility
Settings goals of the journey.we will have to adjust as needed so i will develop and intuitive and flexible plan to adapt to your body. your life and prevent injury.
Recovery
Successful training program need to incorporate a spectrum of intensities from maximum power to rest and recovery. It’s the valley that makes the peak possible so both will be essential
